"The first hip hop track I remember hearing was in 1988. It’s a song called “You Gots To Chill” by EPMD. It was also the first rap tape I’d ever purchased. Ever since hearing that song in the summer of 1988, I was hooked. Rap, and the hip hop culture in general, has had a huge influence on me my entire life. Ever since I can remember, I’ve tried to find ways to express myself creatively in order to somehow be a small part of it." - KURZ
